All of the advanced and service menus are there - they have everything you need to calibrate without passcodes or hidden menus. Of course they are deeper in the menu tree...keep looking.
But I would suggest that even if you have test equipment you leave these menus alone - it was calibrated at the factory. Just adjust the basic controls in the picture menu using your test pattern DVDs (brightness, etc.)
