Anyone using High Power Screen with projectors like HD73 or other DLPs that have offset limitations?
What kind of setup will be able to get a decent gain out of these screens when using projectors with offset limitations?
Will I be able to use Mits HD1000U with this screen and get decent gain?
I am looking for a short term use projector for my CIH setup until 1080p projector with vertical Stretch and decent lumens to power 12' wide screen are available at decent prices. I wouldn't mind a projector like HD1000U if it works for CIH setup with poor man's CIH (zooming).
All the problems reported on Panasonic AX100 is making it hard to risk with that projector. Else, it would have been idle for my setup with no offset limitations.
