What is the procedure to adjust the read buffer size? The original description is pasted below.

• New configuration option for adjusting the read buffer size for file playback. The registry value is Hipix\\BoardInfo\\MaxReadSize

• In previous Versions, this was 63920 bytes per read, which is not the most efficient size. 127840 is a more efficient size. The value is a multiple of the 188 byte packet size. The code will intelligently round the number to the nearest multiple of 188.

I don't know the particulars of this one but usually when they point out the registry setting you just open up the registry using regedit and look for that key. In this case open up the subtree of Hipix\\BoardInfo\\ and double click on the MaxReadSize entry click on the decimal radio button and enter the number in the value text field (in this case 127840) and hit ok. exit the regedit. If you can't find the key you can always try the search feature (but make sure you are changing the right reg entry, otherwise....)

Changing registry entries is well know on this board so i don't exactly know if thats what you were asking for.
