I saw this TV at SEARS and, in my opinion, it is definitely the best LCD rear projection TV that I have seen....
Does anybody have any information on the lifetime of this TV's lamp?
The SAMSUNG DLPs have a lamp with an 8000 hrs lifetime but the new Sony Grand Wegas to be released in October (KDF60XBR950) has a lamp with a 2100 hr rated lifetime. I understand these lamps are more than $100.00 so the lifetime of the lamp becomes a definite determining factor in purchasing this TV.
