it's sitting in my 110 sq foot NYC bedroom. haha. I have gone insane. However, I do sit 8 feet away from the tv (altho I might sit 7 feet away so my rear speakers are behind me).


You should have seen the look on my roommate's face.


Tonight I watch movies and HD. Tomorrow I calibrate, etc.


There is still a little bit of space in my room left for oxygen. Not much though.

Congrats to us both! Today I bought a 51S715, but won't have it 'til Tuesday. My living room is not much larger, and the reason I didn't get anything bigger.

I watched Starship Troopers SB, Finding Nemo, and some HD channels last night.


All I can say is WOW! My small bedroom is now a movie theater. I cannot put into words how good a 51 inch hd tv looks. I had a 30 inch Sony ws hdtv but returned it. This is amazing.


I'm usually a very critical person (but then again, aren't all lawyers?) but this tv has blown me away.
