Hitachi 57S500 problems! HELP

My Hitachi 57S500 is having problems!
when I turn it on it goes into magic focus then split screen, back to tv for a few secs then PIP freeze, etc. It never stops going thru all these modes!

Is there any type of hard reset?
any ideas or suggestions?
