Can anyone tell me if the CMP4202U is a rebag of a fujitsu (and if so what model)

and also, whta you think of the cmp4202u in terms of picture quality , how it stacks up there.

Is this a new model from Hitachi? I know someone who is starting to look at 40-42 inch models.

Does anyone know if the optional DVI card works on this model? I know it accepts optional cards, but I don't knkow if they are the same as the ones used on the model 5000.

If this is nearly as good as the Fujitsu, and can take DVI, for $3600 I'm getting one for sure.

Nope. Both use the same glass but different electronics. Fujitsu is superior.

This is the Commercial Display.

The PQ should be similar to the Consumer 42HDT50 (Do a search).
