Hitachi Plasma fault
Bought a Hitachi plasma TV 18months to 2 years ago and the colour keeps coming and going. Every few times I watch it the entire screen, including the onscreen prompts (when using the remote) only show up as bright green and red.
The picture is similar to what you see looking through a infra-red camera.
No one seems to be able to shed any light on this. Can anyone out there ?
The colour seems to 'correct' itself after a while - but then it just happens again some time later.
Unfortunately I think the set is out of warranty so some idea of the problem would be good before I go to get it looked at.
