The Pioneer 563a Universal Dvd player may need to be told to use 5.1. After putting in the SACD go into the 563a menu and follow the audio setup to make sure it's 5.1. You should only need to do this once after installation.

HK AVR 525 & SACD settings How do?
I have the Pioneer 563a Universal Dvd player.
It plays DVD-A perfectly in 5.1.
Do I need to set my Harman Kardon Receivers settings differently for playing SACD's in 5.1?
I have the Audioslave SACD, but only plays in one channel in the 6 channel mode.
Is there anything that I am overlooking?
The audioslave CD is suppose to be a SACD but I do not see anything that says this by Sony or that it plays in 5.1 at all.
