Okay so we keep hearing about them.. where are they? I really want to get my brand new pronto programmed!

I think we are waiting for Samsung to get a firmware upgrade to us - we all need this, HLM and HLN. The April 2nd Samsung press conference reaffirmed that Samsung WILL do this but they didn't say exactly when or how.
