I'm showing "Information Not Available" (or something to that effect) for all channels in my DirectTV guide.


Is the guide linked to a phone connection? Not using pay-per-view I don't have a phone line connected. I thought all Guide info came over the Satellite feed, but I'm not seeing anyone else mention this problem on this list.

The guide does come over the sat, not the phone line. You may need to do a soft reset to get your guide back.
