Where can I get a wiring Dia. to wire my home system, I recently moved and I'm in wire hell,

System:

Mitsubishi- MVR-800 reciever

2 Mitsubishi stereo VCR's

Series 2 Tivo

Mitsubishi 51" Rear Projection TV

and allot of other stuff that I have hooked up with no problem The speaker system is wired also,

The main problem is wiring the TIVO into the system all the diagrams I've looked at dosen't take into effect TIVO and the Receiver, I have DirecTV and Cable, the Cable is going direct to the TV and the VCR's arn't hooked up. My on screen Menu for the Receiver won't show up.

So i can't configure the Receiver. Thanks For any Help.

I have photo's of the Back of the TV and Receiver if they would help.

They want a 100 bucks to come to my house on the beach 40 miles from a town. and there isn't a guarantee they will do it right..

It would help to know what your objectives are, especially where the VCR’s are concerned. Like do you want the ability to tape cable or Direct TV programming? Have both of them available for playback on the system? Tape from one machine to the other?


Is the TIVO doubling as the Direct TV tuner?


Do you want the ability to watch TV with the system off?

would like to run the 1 vcr for record and playback, the TIVO is separate from the Dtv, would like to be able to use my on screen set-up for my receiver. The other vcr i use for copying vhs tapes of concerts I own, not worried about hooking it up, thanks

What kind of connections does the TIVO have? I assume audio and video, both in and out?


Does the Direct TV receiver have one or two sets of audio and video outputs?


Which do you want to record on the TIVO, Direct TV, cable, or both?
