I was wondering if anyone knows if you can program a Home Theater Master MX-500 remote to work with a Sony VPH-1272Q. If anyone knows the answer to this I would really appreciate some help.

I am a big Home Theater master NUT.
I sell a bunch of them.
If you HAVE the IR remote for the PJ you could learn it in.
Or the remote comes with a ton of SONY CODES that I am sure will work for the projector. Most Sony codes have stayed the same for their projectors and RPTV.s
The book contains 7 TV codes and 4 AUX codes. Im sure one of them will work.
There is also an auto search method as well.
The remotes are selling for $189.95 (no sales tax to out of state buyers
)
Have you seen that NEW SONY RMAV3000 looks pretty cool?

The MX-500 is a pre-programmed and learning remote. With a RM-1271 remote to learn from, you can teach the MX-500 anything the Sony PJ needs. I have my MX-500 set up with most of the basic needs for my 1272. For convergence, I use the factory remote.
