I need to add power outlets/lines & breakers. By this time

next year, I should be needing power for:


1. 55" RPTV

2. Bryston 4B ST (250w x 2) Amp

3. 200w x 3 Amp (undecided on brand)

4. Pre/Pro (undecided on brand)

5. Sunfire True Sub MkII or Rel Strata III sub

6. Toshiba SD-3109 DVD Player

7. Panasonic VCR

8. CD Player (undecided on brand)


I'd like to have these outlets installed this summer.

How many power outlets/lines and breakers do I need?

What gauge wire, etc do I need run?

Oversize your wiring. In our system we have three 30amp circuits. Two of the circuits are for amps and one for the sources and front end.


We use upgraded (Pro line) Leviton outlets. We used 10 guage wire to the outlets and 2 guage from the main panel to a sub panel.


All three circuits are on the same phase of the sub panel.


It sounds good like this.
