hooking up cable, tv and dvd player

hi, i have a toshiba tv (model #20af45) tv--it's plain vanilla, not hi-def; a sony dvd player (model # dvp-ns575p) and a digital cable box.


the tv and the dvd player each have an s-video outlet and component video outlets. the cable box has an s-video outlet. how do i connect these three, using s-video cable, which i already have?

Hook the DVD to the TV using component or S-Video.

Hook the cable box to the TV using S-Video.

Each device will also require audio cables (red/white) connected to the TV is you want sound too.
