Hookup up non bluetooth tv to non bluetooth receiver

Does the TV have HDMI with ARC/eARC? Optical/Coax output, analog stereo output?
What's the receiver? If it can take any of those from the TV (assuming that the cable run is feasible), then the receiver can power the speakers.

Otherwise you may be looking at some wireless HDMI transmission and adding equipment.
