Can't seem to get PBS-HD to come through.

Have tried on Analog, Cable, HRC and IRC in the HDTV Setup.

I can get it to show up in the guide (Under channel 80) but anytime I try to tune in, the signal strength fluctuates wildly between 0-60 ... I cannot get a lock. In fact I have never seen a picture, even a pixelated one.

All other Houston DTV comes in great ... I am using a Channel Master outdoor antenna that has been recommended here.

I have already tried the steps detailed here:

Any help would be appreciated ...

Apparently you've set ANALOG TYPE to Cable, which is required to tune to virtual channel 80.

Do you have a VHF antenna? PBS broadcasts on Channel 9. If you do, be sure it's aimed to the Southwest, toward Missouri City.

(I have a DISH 6000, very close to you (I'm in Atascocita), and I get it fine.)
