Well...not that I have a Showstopper so I don't know your pain http://www.avsforum.com/ubb/wink.gif but, I'd just like to bring all this Panasonic bashing ('least about 3.0 release) to an end.


Showstoppers are now getting 3.0.


ReplayMike announced here http://www.avsforum.com/ubb/Forum13/HTML/002051.html that it started to go to other machines on 10/17.


That means Panasonic "evaluated" for a grand total of 24 days (including weekends).


Now...is that really THAT bad?


When TiVo 2.0 comes out how many of you wanna bet it'll be a lot longer than 24 days before all their users get it?

(note: yes, TiVo has more users)

Notice also that the Showstoppers are getting 3.0 Build 21. The initial release of 3.0 was build 19 so obviously they found *something* that got fixed.

Just to keep the facts straight, the initial release of 3.0 was build 18, not build 19.
