Hi all, I have recently moved and am re-assembling my a/v components. I

had to peel off all my IR emitters from the components and I cant get them

to re-stick. Is there a trick to freshen the glue or maybe some way to put clear

double sided tape on the emitters?? I can only find double sided tape that is

somewhat foggy and I would think this would block the IR. I could buy a bunch

of new emitters but would like to use the ones I have. Thanks,

You already have your answer: Scotch double-sided tape. Just use scissors to cut out a small square similar in size to the original adhesive thingies that came with the emitters and put it in exactly the same place. It won't block the actually emmitter diode any more than the original pad did. It works; it's what I do.
