How can I ship sony xbr2 safely?

So I'm trying to sell my Sony 60XBR2 locally to avoid the hassle, and danger of getting damaged in shipping.


I am having no luck finding someone local. However, I have a lot of people willing to buy the tv if I would ship it to them. They have no problems paying the shipping, even though it is pretty expensive.


Now, since I am probably going to go this route....can anyone PLEASE help me out and recommend a good shipping company that specializes in something like this. I have the tv just sitting in my garage, so I will have to put it on a pallet, and protect it somehow.


If anyone has some good advice here, I would really appreciate it.
