Morning all,
I have recently purchased a Samsung PN60E6500 plasma (Canadian model, 2012) and have a question about RealBlackPro on this panel.
I have looked at calibrated settings for optimal picture quality on my panel as posted by various professional reviewers.
Under all reviews I've found, I've noticed that the "Black Tone" option is generally recommended turned "OFF".
I was wondering, isn't this "Black Tone" the menu option to turn on/off the RealBlackPro technology as well as to set varying levels of its black performance?
Why is this setting recommended "Off"? If this is in fact NOT the correct menu setting for the RealBlackPro... where can I find this setting?
Is RealBlackPro on by default with no ability to turn it on/off or change various levels of it?
Please explain...
Cheers!
