I'm going to need to build a hush box. I'm wondering how others have done it. Let me know, pictures, any infi would be great.

Is your installation in a room (basement)with a suspended ceiling? If so you might be able to discharge the heat into the next room easily. I made mine from 1/2" mdf with a piece of optical glass in front of the pj. Heat is discharged by a 15', four inch duckt with a fan on the far end. Fan automatically turns on and off with the pj.
