I was wondering how companies update their bd machines when they encounter problems. What's the process involve? And after the machine is updated how does simply putting in a firmware disc make the machine play the movie that it couldn't before?


I was surprised we don't have to send our bd machines back to fix the motherboard., so it's not a motherboard issue?
