My manual does not say how to check the hours of use-age on my Z1, so whats the secret, how do I see my bulb hours ?

Simple, Dayvo. Press and hold the arrow pointing toward the lens on the Z1's top panel (not the remote) for about 30 seconds and the info will be displayed in the bottom right-hand corner. Cheers.
