How do I control these wireless led bias lights with a Harmony remote?

I have a few Harmony remotes , (Harmony One, Harmony 950 and a smart hub).I deal with carpel tunnel and the 950 just kills me, so the Harmony one is still my go to main remote. It works for all my equipment except my wireless bias lights. I am not quite sure if it's remote is ir or rf or both. Any body have a solution for controlling my bias lights with the equipment I have? Also does my harmony hub need to be connected to the internet to work? I also have a Google home.
