I can't find this in the manuals anywhere. Perhaps I'm blind.


My pj is set to floor as I want it to be, but the image is backwards.

How do I switch it back so text reads left to right?

-- there are sets of plugs on the DA and DB boards that switch the image around . It is in the manual actually [ see page 12 ] . Be sure that they are all inserted in the same direction [ white lead ] , sounds like you have a few that may still be flipped since the image is right side up but backwards .

you want the three 2 pin connectors on the left hand PC board under the top cover. The ones on the right board (convergence board) flip the image upside down.

Download the 1031Q setup manual. In it you'd find directions on how to y-flip the image.

I rtfm'ed three times and never figured that out. I'll try to get on it tonight. It's work day at church and I have to go be handy.


I'll try to be less needy in the future. Given some of the discussion here about others frying their tubes, I figure if I'm in doubt, I'll ask first.

cool! that was simple, too.


this is fun. now I get to set up a screen to test it on and start working on converging the tubes.


stumbled across the macrovision flutter coming from my dvd player. That's pretty annoying, isn't it?
