How do I turn off the Zone 2/Zone 3 indicator lights on my Yamaha receiver?

Dumb question about a rather minor annoyance: I don't use Zone 2 or Zone 3 on my RX-V1400 and would like to turn off the zone indicator lights once and for all. How do I do this?

I have V1500. Also there is a thread about this. Search.

In the maual change from amp to amp1. Then you use the select key to turn off zone 2 and 3. Note: Use the remote to turn on receiver and zone 2 & 3 stay off. If you use the standby button on the fron of receiver the zones are turned on too.
