How do you use Optimum Wifi to watch LIVE TV OUTSIDE
I recently got the Optimum App on the Ipad and you can literally watch Live TV
but only inside the house.
The cablevision rep told me IT IS POSSIBLE to do it where you can watch live
tv OUTSIDE but you need to know about "VPN", dude didn't want to explain it to me, acted like it was a huge secret.
So any of you know?

I'm assuming you have a 3G version and data plan to go with it, if that is the case this info will point you in the right direction. A VPN would make your iPad think that it was on your local network when in reality you could be anywhere that you have Internet access. VPN stands for "Virtual Private Network" and can be accomplished using a router that has the feature built in.
