How does Time Warner HD look on a 4k TV vs Dish and DirecTV HD?

How does Time Warner HD look on a 4k TV vs Dish and DirecTV HD?
( I do realize Time Warner does not broadcast anything in 4k. )

I'd like to hear from someone who's using Time Warner Cable on a 4k TV ?
Don't know if this matters, but I'm in Austin, Texas.

I'm getting my husband a 4k TV as a surprise present (65" LG E6 OLED.)

I'm considering switching to Time Warner from DirecTV in Austin.

The Time Warner technical chat person said these 3 options are the best set up boxes they have right now, all with (they said) 1 TB each.

Arris DCX3600-M
Cisco 9865HDC
Samsung SMT-H4372

Another thing I was trying to figure out:

Q: If the Olympics is broadcast in 4k, and I have a Time Warner set top box,
https://www.engadget.com/2016/05/27/nbc-will-air-the-2016-rio-olympics-in-4k-hdr-and-atmos/
would I be able to view a 4k picture?

From reading the 3 manuals for each of the set top boxes that Time Warner makes available.
looks like answer = No.

or maybe the Samsung because it can output HDMI 1.4.

1) Arris DCX3600-M - No mention of 4k in the manual. No mention of which version HDMI is output from box to TV.

2) Cisco 9865HDC - No mention of 4k in the manual.
However, manual *did* specify Connections Out HDMI™ 1.4a with CEC. Output Resolutions 1920 x 1080p 60 Hz, [ and others lower ]

3) Samsung SMT-H4372no reference to 4k in the manual.
Howeve, manual *did* specify "Video/Audio Output HDMI 1.4a"
