It is 9 3/8 inches tall and 22 1/2 deep (sure you know 130lb) Manual says 12 inches above for air flow.


P5 is 340 watts at idle, D1 is listed at 140 max, I find mine is pretty warm running. From the picture cant tell if the back is open or not, and if it is that would help some, but it looks a little tight to me.


Hope you enjoy the pair, I have been very pleased.

If the back is not open I would cut an opening to help with air flow. Would I risk damage and void the warrentee if I decided to go this route?

If you cut a 3 or 4 inch hole in the back you could always put a small muffin fan from Radio Shack in there to pull out any hot air. That should more than fix any ventilation issues
