Hello all,
I currently own a Pronto TSU3000 with a broken touch screen.
After several tries to fix the remote, I called the service department and they basically told me that the touch screen would cost $150 to get it fixed.
My question is for those that have had their remotes serviced, was the expense worth it? Did the fix last or did the problem again resurface.
Even the lady who answered the phone said they get a lot of TSU3000’s with frozen screens.
