Ok , I can remember back in 97 when DVD first came out. A few "A" list movies came out but the majority were "B" crappy bad movies , Kinda like ..well kinda like NOW.

My question is , Does it cost studio's any more to put "LOTR" on HD DVD compared to say "Scooby Doo"? If it does cost about the same for the studio's ,why not put ALL of there "A" list movies and blockbusters out now so that a new format would have a better fighting chance? I mean the studio's need to stop and think rather they should make a turd like HULK or Scooby Doo look fantastic ,but rather make a better selection of movies in the first place.
