Isn't it still under warranty? If not the option of bringing to a good electronics shop is the only other way to get an estimate for cost. It may be something simple as a fried wire or even just loose. Have you popped the top off of it and checked for a blown fuse? That's the first thing I'd do if its out of warranty. Check Onkyo's website for repair centers close to you. If there are none, find one you can trust.
