How can I change Comcast's rigid insistence on using 5.1 output to PCM 2 channel stereo so I can use a DAC thru toslink? I have a McIntosh MCD that I also use as a DAC with my Marantz BD8002 and would like to run my cable box thru the DAC section also. I have set the setup to stereo, but that does not work.

So there is no one out there that uses a DAC to improve their Comcast audio?
