We all know that if we have a problem with a local OTA HD (DT) feed, we can call the local station and ask them to fix it. (For instance, with info from the local source: for the DC area, it's the great www.dcrtv.com !) If we only have the News line, ask for Engineering; if they won't patch us through, ask for a message to be passed. I've never had a problem with this. (Such as no CC, no DT, etc.).
Now, what are supposed to do when a problem develops with an HD channel over DBS?! Anyone got contact numbers for D*/E*/V*?
For example, if D* SHO-HD isn't showing CC, the guide says it should, and it worked fine last hour, well, I'd like to call someone and goose them. I don't think calling the D* CSR will get very far!
