I've just bought the PT50LC13, 4 weeks of use, and I've noticed a red push. I've tried to calibrate the television but to no avail. Is there something I'm missing? Would the service menu be of assistance?

I adjusted mine through the service menu. There are a few threads here that discuss getting into and moving around the service menu(just do a search). You will probably have to experiment with different settings, but it does wonders for the red push.
