Ok I'm looking online and Some stores have an "authorized re-seller" or "authorized e-seller" for whatever brand I'm looking at. I know how easy it is to just put up a graphic saying something that you are not.


So my question is....How do you tell a truly authorized dealer from someone who is not?


I don't want to purchase a $1500- $2500 TV set just to find out that the people that I bought it from wasn't "authorized" and my warranty means zilch.

Go to the manufacturer's website and they typically will have an authorized retailer listing.

If not, you can call them and find out.
