Hey guys,

Unfortunately I am not in the position to have a dedicated home theater. I already have a living room setup as our home theatre...

See my home theatre thread

The only thing is, I am on the very limit of the WAF! And anything I do further (like acoustic treatment or another sub
) could end in... 'an explosion'.

I am looking some examples or tips from living room HT setups that are great examples of NOT making a living room look like a dedicated home theatre room, until the lights go out.

The ones I have come across so far...

This is pretty good...

This is excellent and right along my line as he has done some acoustic treatment as well...

This is ok too...

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. As you can imagine, I don't want to stop where I am.

Yeah they are a great idea which could work for sure. I would have to find a local that could do it though. (Australia).

Any other ideas?

I am also looking for some opinions on placement of acoustical treatment (diffusion and absorbtion) for my room. Thanks guys.
