We are moving into a new house and my def tech BP super towers are not going to fit in the new living room. We decided to go in-walls to free up floor space. I've been a fan of klipsch and the wife liked the way they sound. I cant figure out how to install this as a horizontal center without cutting into studs and re-framing part of the wall. Any ideas?

I'm doing my 5.1 pre-wire right now and had the same thought.

I''ll have a media tower off to right, and a flat-screen mounted on the wall.

Since i'll be using floor-standing speakers, my center would be too big to wall mount.

What are you guys doing with the center? I need to know where to put center wires.

Well , if theres a stud in your way , you have no choice but to cut and reframe . If you get REALLY lucky the bay will line up right where you want it , and the framer was a little off on his 16" on center measurement . It's not uncommon for a bay to be larger , or smaller depending on how well they could read a tape , or how hung over the framer was on Monday morning . Pop a hole and check it out.
