Can anyone point me in the right direction here? I just rec'd my new used UTV (from an AVS forum member; thanks Steve!), and the unit has reset to my subscription package, but has left out some channels like national major network feeds (NBC, ABC, CBS, FOX, and ESPN to name the main standouts).


The guide also still shows channels listed that would've been available to the previous owner (from AZ), but not to me (in PA).


Any ideas...suggestions? I did check out the backdoor codes listed in the FAQ's, but I'm not too sure which would be the right one for my situation.

If you just got the unit and haven't really used it much, the last code listed in the FAQ (23552355) should do what your looking for. This will zap the unit back to the factory settings, including deleting all shows and settings. It won't delete any passwords, though, as those are controlled through the card.


After the unit resets, you can create your own channel lists and such.

I thought that code might do the trick, but wanted to hear from the voice of experience first.
