Hey guys,

Sorry for the noob question. I just picked up a 7.1 surround sound system and had to get 50' wires to connect the rear speakers. I want to run the wire along the ceiling and out of the common sight lines. Is there any sort of wall-mounted brackets or loops that I could guide the speaker wire through so that it runs along the line where the ceiling meets the wall?

Thanks for your help.

Lots of options... you could use something like Wiremold CordMate:

It's in a category of products called surface-mount raceway. You can google for other options.

For a more polished or higher-end look, you can use standard cable staples, but put painted or finished crown molding over the top. Much more work than raceway, but depending on the room, could me much more appropriate.
