For the last 2 weeks I have gone back and forth with Cyberlink tech support, and they have basically bounced from 1 canned answer to another, repeating themselves, even posting expired download links with expired passwords to me.


Does anyone know how I can find a technically competent tech support person at Cyberlink who will actually try to answer my question and not just send me 1 canned answer after another?


I'm serious - these guys are completely incompetent - they NEVER actually respond to the question, but just copy/paste stuff, even from previous posts in our support conversation. No original thought whatsoever.
