The easiest way is to bring up the focus/zoom display (with the grid activated). There will be white (broken) borders on the screen.
If you have perfect convergence, every white hash mark will be white. If there is some mis-convergence, there will be red/green edges on all or some of them.
A recent poll determined that it is fairly common for 1 side of the screen to be out about 1 pixel. This should not affect PQ. If it is out much more than that then you might want to object to the quality of your unit.
