How to turn Pepsi into Coke

I bought a primium xbox 360 w/hdmi a few months back. Picked up a second wireless controller, Halo 3, Ace Combat 6 and PGR 3. Now I'm done with all that and am trying to find a way to turn all this into a PS3. I've done the whole craigslist thing and that doesn't seem to be panning out. Is there an easy way to trade over so to speak without waiting and hoping for a good craigslister to save the day??

Thanks for the input. I hope to be joining the PS3 ranks very soon.

Funny, I was just about to say that as a worker for Pepsi, you don't want to downgrade to that gritty brown liquid.

But I love my ps3, so good luck. I hear you can sell 360s on ebay for a decent price. And of course, theres always gamestop (although I hear that isn't a good route, as they screw you on trade ins).

I don't really care for ebay, shipping and all. GS will only get me about $230 total for everything trade in value. So those are both kinda blown out the door. Hmmm...

Sounds like you need to just get a PS3 and go dual platform. There's no magical "trade" out there. You're going to take a hit either way. A PS3 owner defecting to Xbox would take the same hit on price.

It's used goods man.

Take it from me: Owning both is great! No matter what the hot game is, you're ready for it. Platform envy be damned!

You don't have to worry about exclusives cause you can have them all. Bad ports won't exist because you can always get the native platform version.

pepsi blue>all.... ok not even in my wildest dreams lol.

Owning both is really awesome if you can afford it. But if you really can't, I'd still say ebay is the way to go. Shipping is annoying, but if you take a look, some of the 360s are selling pretty well.

Looks like you got bored of Halo 3 even faster than I did. Try eBay, someone is bound to bid on whatever you put up there. If someone actually bid on that Virgin Mary toast, someone should definitely bid on your fairly mint 360 and games.

LOL you should probably try other games before trading. I'm assuming you havn't had it long. Seems kinda silly to pay that much on something then a week later decide you want something else. Also seems like you havn't gave the 360 a chance. I am assuming you want the PS3 for Bluray? I own both and could argue all day on which is better with msyelf but I think you should give the 360 a chance and get a PS3 later since you already paid alot and theres no way your gonna get your cash back.

This is unethical:

If you have your Xbox 360 box and everything that came with it, you can do a receiptless return at Best Buy, you get one per 365 day cycle.

I'd keep the 360 and also get a PS3 if you really want it. You've barely scratched the surface of it. You haven't even tried out the best games on the platform.

If you have video game console ADD, you're going to end up trying to turn the Coke into Jones Soda in a few months, anyway.

They usually don't take back open items w/o a recipet.

I don't think people want to buy used 360s at a good price due to all the RROD issues. You have to sell real cheap to move a 360 online.
