I have a Sony DA333ES Sony home theater amplifier and a pair of large Klipsh speakers (sorry I don't remember the model). In general, this setup works well as a compromise for HT front speakers and stereo speakers. I have a significant number of CDs that do not sound so great without "adjusting" the response. The obvious answer was to add an equalizer into the system. REAL PROBLEM. It seems that some nitwit at Sony decided that users didn't need to have equalizers on these amplifiers, so there is no support for a tape loop. Does anyone have any ideas on the best way to get around this? Replacing the $800.00 amplifer is not an option. I can't believe that I'm the only person to run into this.
Thanks
Mike
