Up for sale, local pickup only for sure but my loss is your gain. I have a row of three standard and a Loveseat left and single right. These are powered recline, black, and absolutely incredible. I have only had them for about a month, most of the tray tables I haven't even taken out of the bubble wrap yet. All seats are in perfect condition and barely used.... Here are some specs

Straight row space saver design
In Arm Storage and Wood Grain Tray Tables Free (most other spacesaver seating does not have in arm storage)
Power Recline (14 foot power cord)
LED Base Lighting Free
LED Lighted Cupholders with Power and Light Controls
LED Cupholders have a removable insert for easy cleaning, one insert per chair.
Chaise Footrest
23.25 inch Width in Seating Area
42 inch Back Height
Wallhugger design place only 4 inches from the wall
Top build quality with kiln dried hardwood frame, high density foam, and pocketed spring coil seating.
Extra plush cushions and padding for head to toe support and comfort.
Fits easily through doorways with detachable seat backs. One Seat per box. Attach seat backs on site.
High Quality Black Bonded Leather
I purchased the extended warranty on these as well.

More than likely HTmarket's Devonshire :D If you are truly interested, we could potentially figure something out :D Or you could rent the Uhaul trailer and come on down for a weekend of fun :)
Ha, those Devonshire seats you're looking into are almost exactly like the chairs I have [pics in my build thread, link in my sig].

I got my Seatcraft Madera chairs from here:
http://4seating.com/seatcraft-theater-seating/seatcraft-madera-home-theater-seating.html

Though I did opt for black microfiber instead of leather. Microfiber is less reflective, doesn't make as much noise moving around, and it doesn't make me sweat like leather does. These seats are definitely comfortable. I ended up paying ~$2500 for four of them shipped (but I did not opt for power recline and going with microfiber vs leather made the purchase quite a bit cheaper overall). My configuration is two full chairs on the ends and a love seat in the middle, which is just two recliners sans armrests, that way you still have individual recline functionality.

Good choice though! :)

I did not know you got new seats. Looks great, looks like a whole new room Mr Beast. They look like my Lane 103's. I wanted the TurboXL700s, but you would not believe what a hassle it was to order seats. I mean I called a seat store and they never called back for weeks and then they did not have them and did not know when they would come in. LOL, I don't know how people stay in business. I found the last Lane 103's around and I love them, I wish now I would have got 4. She had five and broke them up for me. Now I am on the hunt for 1 more.

Looking at your seats was part of my inspiration. Putting these in my space absolutely transformed the room to say the least. It actually "Feels" like a theater now! As if a 138" screen didn't make you feel that way before, haha.
