I have a 5.1 system with very power hungry Paradigm Studio Monitors for mains. I am looking for a new receiver with Dolby TrueHD/DTS-HD capabilities and also want to be able to biamp my mains using the unneeded extra two outputs from a 7.1 configuration. I don't want to sacrifice my L/R surround channels though, only the "extra" outputs. I see that the Denon AVR-2808CI allows biamping but it's not clear if you need to sacrifice your main surround channels to do it though. Does anyone know if this or any other receiver is capable of what I need?
