HT3550 Fan Replacement

The single side intake/exhaust fan on my unit is failing and it's way out of warranty. Anyone have any idea which type of fan is needed here?

Also, would anyone familiar with performing this procedure on the HT3550 (or BenQ units in general) care to offer any tips?
