well none of those are powered so you wouldn't be able to use them as an "amp" per say, nor can you really use them as a reciever since i don't think you can switch inputs on the fly with a remote control.
If you buy powered speakers and hook them up to one of those cards you might have a solution. Depending on your home theater needs you can buy anything from a set of logitech Z-680 5.1 speakers, which have a built in reciever/proccesor that can decode dolby digital and dts and switch between analog and two digitinal inputs with a remote control..
or you can go as high end as 5 M&K S-150P and hook them straight up to the sound card, i have the non powered version and they are great.
