Hi everyone, a quick question about DVD audio playback quality. Is their a large difference in audio quality if I use my SB-Live SPDIF out through to my Yamaha RX-V1 audio in for processing the audio data? Is the bit-stream quality coming out of my SB-Live card to my receiver of low quality or is it really not noticeable as compared to another audio board?

Sub par compared to audiophile cards such as the M-Audio line of cards. The difference in sound quality is not subtle.
